Cooking is our passion which we like to share with our guests –
International food with a French influence to go hand in hand with the chef’s origins.

The concept is that of “Home stay meals”.        
There is a standard menu daily, it may be 1, 2 or 3 courses depending on the mood of the chef.  
Clients advise the day before if they wish to share an evening meal on the next day with other guests and the hosts
– this is to give time for provisioning and preparing – certain menus will require more time.
The meals are served in the main dining room, or in the beach hut.
